Shanda Breed has worked as the Program Manager for Adult Probation Services for the past two years. The programs unit provides training and technical assistance to the county probation departments and courts on topics such as sex offender supervision, mental health, access to treatment, specialty courts, GPS monitoring, transferred youth, EBP, assessment and case plans, EPICS-II, state funds, court collections, and more. She served 17 years in the Navajo County Adult and Juvenile Probation Department as the Chief Probation Officer. Shanda’s work includes reentry efforts statewide, collaboration with tribal entities, highlighting rural practices, and enhancing the division’s AmeriCorps volunteer grant.
