Kathleen A. Quigley graduated from University of Arizona Law School in 1986. Ms. Quigley joined the Pima County Attorney’s Office in 1987 where she worked as a prosecutor and trial attorney. She was selected to supervise the Felony Vehicular Offenses Unit at the Pima County Attorney’s Office. In September of 2003 she was appointed to the Pima County Juvenile Court Bench as a Hearing Officer/Judge Pro Tem and in April of 2009 she was appointed as a Pima County Juvenile Court Commissioner. Governor Brewer appointed Ms. Quigley to the Pima County Superior Court Bench. In October of 2012. On June 30, 2014, she was appointed as the Presiding Judge of Pima County Superior Court, Juvenile. She has volunteered to serve on many committees.
