Doyle is an Army National Guard Veteran of 20 years with several accommodations to include the Combat Action Badge for Operation Iraq Freedom/ Operation Enduring Freedom.
During Doyle’s time in the service he started his career in Behavioral Health working under special orders with community support programs, after school anti-gang programs and para military alternative programs for adolescents. Doyle progressed to civilian employment, as a life coach, counselor and specialty populations case manager, working in Health homes and detox clinics. Doyle brings over 12 years behavior health & Substance abuse experience to CMS as the Community Programs & Integration Manager.
